Cookie Policy
Last Updated: May 20, 2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy describes how QUANTUM95 LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of AnyChat (https://anychats.ai), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. It supplements our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to our use of cookies as described in this Policy, except for cookies that require your prior consent (such as non-essential analytics and advertising cookies for EEA, UK, Swiss, and certain other visitors), which we will set only after you grant consent through our consent-management platform.
2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They enable the website to recognize your device, remember preferences, and collect information about how you interact with the site. We also use similar technologies such as pixel tags (1×1 transparent images that signal that a page has loaded), web beacons, local storage, session storage, and software development kits (SDKs) in our mobile apps. In this Policy, we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies."
3. Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary (Essential) Cookies. Required to operate the Service — authentication, session management, security, load-balancing, cross-site request forgery protection, and consent records. These cannot be turned off.
Functional Cookies. Remember choices you make (language, time zone, preferred Underlying Model, UI preferences) to provide enhanced, personalized features.
Analytical/Performance Cookies. Help us understand how Users interact with the Service — pages viewed, features used, errors encountered.
Targeting/Advertising Cookies. Used by us and our partners to deliver and measure advertisements, and to limit the number of times you see an ad.
Cookies may be session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (which remain on your device for a defined period or until deleted).

Consent Tool. Use our in-product cookie banner / preference center to grant or withdraw consent by category. You can revisit this at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in our website footer.
Browser Settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings menu. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Services from functioning.
Opt-Out Links. You may opt out directly with the relevant providers: Google Analytics (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), Google Ads (https://adssettings.google.com), Meta/Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/about/ads), Pinterest (https://www.pinterest.com/settings/privacy), and TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/privacy-policy/en).
Industry Opt-Outs. Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info), Network Advertising Initiative (https://optout.networkadvertising.org), and the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (https://www.youronlinechoices.eu).
Global Privacy Control. We honor GPC signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing under the CCPA.
6. Data Collected Through Cookies
Through cookies and similar technologies, we and our partners may collect: device and browser characteristics, IP address, approximate location, session identifiers, click and scroll behavior, page views, referring URLs, conversion events, ad-attribution identifiers, and pseudonymous identifiers used for advertising measurement. Where these identifiers, alone or in combination, can reasonably be linked to you, they constitute personal information under the GDPR and CCPA.
7. Use of Cookie Data
We use cookie data to operate and secure the Services, remember your preferences, analyze and improve performance, measure marketing effectiveness, and (with consent where required) deliver targeted advertising.
8. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
We use cookies to perform limited profiling for analytics, fraud prevention, and advertising. We do not use cookie data to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you. Where any automated decision-making with such effects occurs, we will provide notice and offer opt-out mechanisms consistent with the CCPA's ADMT regulations and GDPR Article 22.
9. Data Retention
Cookie retention is set out in the tables in Section 4. Aggregated insights derived from cookies may be retained for longer periods on a de-identified basis.
10. International Transfers
Cookie data may be processed in the United States and other countries by our service providers. For transfers from the EEA/UK to third countries lacking an adequacy decision, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. See our Privacy Policy for details.
